All agencies will be able to create and operate their own data base in Internet server based application, where the CVs of all employed and job seeking seafarers will be stored. The marine specialists will have the option to fill and operate their own information in the Internet Data base, which will be sent to a selected manning agency without the necessity to visit each of them. All special schools and organizations where the training takes place as well as qualification and revalidation courses will have the opportunity to manage dynamically all personal data of the seafarers in order to offer them personalized offers to attend additional courses and organize the marketing process.
